We call composite material the product obtained from the polymerization of carbon fibers and resins, adequately prepared and shaped overlapping coats of fibers abd resin on moulds or cores.
The autoclave is a key equipment for hot -pressing shaping of carbon fibres and resin matrix composites(polyimide,Bismaleimide,epoxy resin and thermoplastic resin metrices,etc.). In fact, the quality of the product is obtained inside the autoclave reaching an increase of mechanical features up to 20-30% compared to other methods of polymerisation, which do not foresee the outside pressurisation of the product.
